What You Can Delete

You can request deletion of the personal information we have collected about you, including your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp messages and profile information, and any recruitment or onboarding details.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, email info@sondryn.com from the email or with the phone number associated with your data, and include the word "DELETE" in your message along with the name or phone number you used. We will verify your request and delete the associated data.

Timeline

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
